BANGALORE FISH FRY (KABAB)

Here's a great, fresh and tasty seafood recipe. This is one of the most delicious recipe I have found and my family loves it! It is also very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

List 1:

6-8 fish pieces
4 table spoon oil

List 2:

1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin (jeera powder)
1/4 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
5-6 tsp cornflour
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp cloves powder
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in list 2 in a large bowl.
  2. Add water and make into a thin paste.
  3. Apply the paste to fish pieces and marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Heat oil in a large pan.
  5. Fry 1-2 marinated fish pieces for about 5 minutes.
  6. Repeat step 5 for remaining pieces.
  7. Serve hot.
