RAGI ROTI

Ingredients:

2 cups ragi flour
2 onions, chopped into thinly
6 green chillies, chopped into thin round slices
1/4 cup coriander leaves2 sprigs curry leaves
Salt to taste

Method:

  • In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients with water to make a semi liquid mixture.
  • Prepare few balls (lemon size) from the mixture.
  • Heat a pan for 2 minutes.
  • Apply oil and spread one ball mixture into thick circle using your hands, about 1/2 to 1 inch.
  • Fry both sides and remove from pan.
  • Repeat step 4 and 5 for remaining balls.
  • Serve hot with ghee or chutney.
