RICE ROTI

Ingredients:

2 cups rice flour
2 onions, chopped into thinly
6 green chillies, chopped into thin round slices
1/4 cup coriander leaves, chopped
2 sprigs curry leaves
3-4 sprigs methi leaves, chopped
3-4 sprigs mint leaves, chopped
1 small carrot, grated
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the above ingredients with water to make a semi liquid mixture.
  2. prepare few balls (lemon size) from the mixture.
  3. Heat a pan for 2 minutes.
  4. Apply oil and spread one ball mixture into thick circle using your hands, about 1/2 to 1 inch.
  5. Fry both sides and remove from pan.
  6. Repeat step 4 and 5 for remaining balls.
  7. Serve hot with ghee or chutney.
