Ingredients:
List 1:
1 cup rice
List 2:
4 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp urid dal (uddina bele, black gram split)
1/4 tsp chana dal(kadale bele)
5 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
Few coriander leaves
Method:
- First prepare rice and keep it aside.
- In a saucepan, add all ingredients in list 2, one after another, fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add prepared rice and mix well.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
