CHILLI CHICKEN

Chilli Chicken! So tasty so lovely. It is very spicy and delicious too. No one needs to ever know how simple it really is!

Ingredients:

1/2 kg boneless chicken
3 teaspoon oil
3 medium sized onions
8 green chillies
2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Few curry leaves
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon dhaniya ( coriander ) powder
2 tsp black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Few coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method to prepare this recipe:

  • Chop onions, green chillies and coriander leaves into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in large saucepan.
  • Fry onions, green chillies and ginger garlic paste for about 5 minutes, until onions turn into brown.
  • Add curry leaves, turmeric, dhaniya powder and mix well.
  • Allow it to fry for a minute.
  • Then, add chicken pieces and fry for about 10 minutes.
  • Add pepper and salt to taste.Add 1/4 glass of water.
  • Let it boil for 10-15 minutes.
  • Finally, add coriander leaves and lemon juice, fry for a minute.
  • Now the delicious chilli chicken is ready.
