Ingredients:
1/2 kg boneless chicken
3 tsp oil
4 onions
4 green chilies
2 tsp pepper powder
2 tomato
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cinnamom powder
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Few coriander leaves, minced
Salt to taste
Method to prepare this recipe:
- Chop chicken, onions, tomato into small pieces.
- Heat oil in large saucepan.Fry mustard seeds, onion, currry leaves, green chilies for about 5 minutes, until onions turn brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cinnamom and cardomom powder. mix well and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato and fry for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and allow it to fry for 5 minutes.
- Then, add pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Now, add 1/2 glass water. Let it boil for 15 minutes.
- Fry coriander leaves and lemon juice for a minute.
- Now it is ready to serve hot with chapathi or roti.
