Ingredients
4 cups oil
1/4 kg chicken, chop into small square pieces
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of Red food color (optional)
salt to taste
Method:
- In a bowl, add cornflour, red chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic
paste, food color, salt and lemon juice. - Add enough water and make into a thick paste.
- Add the chicken pieces and mix well.
- Marinate for 1 hour or even longer.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add few marinated chicken pieces and deep fry in oil.
- Now chicken kababs are ready to serve.
