Ingredients:
3 cups vegetables,chopped (Ash gourd, Pumpkin, Beans, Potato, Brinjal, Raw banana, Carrot, Drumsticks)
2 cups curd
few curry leaves
1 tsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
200 ml coconut milk
Grind to paste
6-8 green chillies
4 dry chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp rice flour
salt to taste
Method:
- Wash, peel & cut vegetabls into 1 inch long slices.
- In a large vessel boil vegetables in 1cup of water & turmeric powder .
- When the vegetables become tender, add curd.Allow to boil for 5 mins.
- Add ground paste (green chillies, red chillies,cumin seeds,rice flour) along with coconut milk & little water to the above vegetables mixture.
- Allow to boil for 5 min. Add coconut oil & curry leaves.
- Remove from fire.
