POTATO CURRY

Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, each diced into 6
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp turmuric powder
3 green chillies,sliced
2 tsp coriander leaves,finely chopped
3 tsp oil or ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp-cumin seeds
2 onions,chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil &mustard seeds, fennel seeds & cumin seeds.
  2. when the seeds begin to pop, add onions, ginger paste,garlic paste,green chillies &fry till onions turn golden brown.
  3. Add turmeric powder & potatoes & fry for another 3 min.
  4. Add coconut milk & bring to boil on medium heat by stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to low & cook for 15 mins with lid on.
  6. Then add coriander leaves & mix well.
